  1. Here is the sauce recipe for my Honey-Sriracha-Brown sugar salmon. You're welcome in advance. 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup sriracha (Only use the Huy Fong Sriracha. Other brands taste like shit) 1 tbsp of ginger (I use the freeze dried ginger from the produce aisle) 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional) 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp honey 1-1.5 tsp of minced garlic Stir it all up really well and completely glaze your salmon with it making sure that the sides are glazed as well. Reserve some of the sauce until cooking has finished to drizzle on the salmon. Cook in the oven like you normally would. This sauce of mine will make any dinner guest of yours ask for a second helping. Serve with rice and green beans or fresh steamed asparagus. I buy frozen salmon fillets from Sams Club to keep on hand when I don't feel like cooking anything too involved. I barely thaw them in the individual wrapper until the outer flesh is soft (but the inside is still frozen), then take them out of the wrapper and pat them dry. Glaze and cook at 375 degrees for 24-26 minutes.
