United We Stand was created 15 years ago. We're a general gaming community open to any and all players interested in interacting with others. Our supported games range from
FPS shooters to MMOs such as World of Warcraft! We have a wide variety of players and personalities from all over the world. Drop on by our TeamSpeak, and be sure to browse

Signing up is easy, follow these steps

1.   Register here
   Create a Forum Account
2.   Fill out the Membership Application (ages 17+)
3.   Once your application is reviewed and approved
     A Guild Leader or Community Captain will approve or deny your application within 24 hours.

•   &  promotion to Guild "Member"
•   +  Reward: (1) Free Guild Tabard per member/account (If available)
•       See Kaosaxis (aka Morgz), or Donkey (aka Donkeysprout) for your reward.

• After 2 weeks: your community membership is upgraded from "Trial Member" from "Member".
  You are not required to only play World of Warcraft, feel free to join other members on TeamSpeak for other games.

TeamSpeak Voice Chat

We utilize TeamSpeak for voice communication for a number of reasons over Discord.
Discord is perfect for smaller communities but it's not the right fit for ours.

• (CA) Community Admin / Guild Head
  Ensures the values of UWS are being upheld
  The position in the guild is mostly administrative
• (GA) Guild Leaders / Admins
  Runs and manage the guild

  Moderates guild chat, coordinates event
  Serves as raid leaders

Rules

Community Rules

• Show respect to everyone, and treat others as you would like to be treated
• No sexually explicit, racist, discriminatory or otherwise insulting remarks.  Excessive flaming is also discouraged
• No discussing instructions on the use of hacks or glitches or you will be subject to removal
• Please do not openly accuse other players or members of cheating in the channel. If you have an issue, seek out an admin and they will address it (please provide evidence)
• Please do not come into a channel and be disruptive. If you are being disruptive and someone asks you to stop, please do so
• Voice Spamming or playing music over TeamSpeak with the intent to disrupt game-play is not allowed
• Advertising products, sites, clans and services not related to UWS is not allowed unless you have been given direct permission from either Trunkz Jr. or Comrade
• Using 'voice activation' mode is allowed, but highly discouraged. When using a headset, we implore you to utilize PTT (Push to Talk)
• If you must use voice activation PLEASE make sure to set up sensitivity in such way that your microphone isn't triggered by your breathing or your neighbor's chainsaw
• No offensive (sexual or racist) names. Names containing sexual or racist reference is not allowed and you will be asked to change your name. If you refuse, you will be removed

We're an anti-cheating community. Using cheats, glitches, or hacks of any kind is not tolerated.
Do not instruct or discuss with other members on installing them. You are summarily warned.

Guild Rules

• Do not swear or cuss-out other members in guild chat, you'll be removed
• Do not ASK other members for gold, silver, or copper
• Do not NINJA loot other players!  No exceptions
• No Reserving Loot, Need before Greed
• Do not spam or advertise in guild chat
• Freedom of speech and the right to your opinions is protected as long as it doesn't violate our above rules
• Have fun!

Events & Guild Calendar

We're currently are in planning on some awesome upcoming guild events.  These events will be published to our Guild Calendar on the forum.
Members that wish to participate must have a forum account and RSVP, this allows us enough time to plan for rewards.  Some events
may require a Guild Tabard, these events will be noted clearly for the requirement.  All guild events are optional and attending is not a
requirement.

Additional notes

• All rewards are granted and collected in person, rewards will not be mailed in-game.

Recruiting

• Guild members with the rank "Member" or higher, may invite whomever they wish to the guild so long as they hold the values of UWS
• Type slash command /ginvite <playerName>

Raiding

• We plan to do raiding very soon, so stay tuned
• Check the guild calendar for scheduled events

Member Purging

• Time to time [In-Game] we may purge inactive guild members starting with recruits that haven't signed in the longest
• Your community and forum status will remain unaffected
• If we accidentally booted out one of your characters, just ask for re-invite

Problems

Our members... (that's You), matter to us.  We're a relaxed and fun community.
We like to foster a safe and meaningful environment for all.
However, we recognize there may at times be personality conflicts.

If you're having an issue with another player? Don't fight!
/ignore them, mute them on TeamSpeak, and then report them.

• Complaints are hidden from members
• Avoid adding more fuel to a fire
• Don't do anything to provoke further conflict
• /ignore <playerName> and mute them on TS
• Take screen-shots (PRT-SCR), [WinKey]+Shift+S
  We'll need evidence
• Leadership will investigate both sides
