Virtual Audio Cable and Windows 10 April 2018 Update

For those streamers out there this is an informational post. If your system updated to the Windows 10 April 2018 update and you use Virtual Audio Cable it is likely your audio settings are now hosed! I tried for about an hour to fix everything but in the end the only thing that worked was uninstalling VAC, all drivers, and then reinstalling them again. You will have to re-associate all of your audio routing settings (pain in the ass if you didn't document the first time). FU Microsoft!
