The Urban Jungle Apparel Event  has started today, so get out there and grab yourself some new clothes! 😁

March 31 to April 20

When you login to The Division 2 following the brief maintenance period that occurred you will be rewarded with a single Event Apparel Cache key. This key can be used to open the new Event Apparel Cache found on the cache screen. During the duration of the apparel even you will want to earn cache keys to attempt to earn all of the event apparel items. To earn cache keys you have a couple of options:

  1. Level-Up SHD: On every 4th SHD level up you will earn an Event Apparel Key. The SHD can be leveled up by completing various gameplay activities around New York and Washington D.C.
  2. Purchase Key: If you don’t want to earn keys and would rather buy them this is the second option. On the Store screen you can purchase Event Apparel Cache Keys for the cache screen. These keys cost 100 Premium Credits each.

The above options apply to WONY expansion owners, but those with the base game can still purchase keys to open caches if they so desire.

Since this is an Apparel Event you are probably wondering what items you can possibly get out of the caches. In total there are four outfits, a mask, and some gear and weapons skins. The individual items within this collection are as follows:

HOW ARE KEYS EARNED?

Urban Jungle event keys for the Apparel Caches can be earned from the following sources:

  • SHD Levelling: one key every four SHD levels.
  • Direct purchase with Premium Credits.

Remember, Event Caches do not contain duplicates and all items yet to be collected can be viewed in the Apparel section in-game.

PHASES

Here is a detailed breakdown and availability for Urban Jungle:

  • Event Live – March 31st to April 20th. During this period, event keys can be earned from the sources that were listed above.
  • Event Closing – April 21st to April 28th. If you have leftover keys available, you should make sure to use them during this period. The Purifier Mask can also only be obtained until this period ends. You can use your unspent keys as well as purchase additional ones to get a hold of all of the Urban Jungle event apparel.
  • Post Event – April 28th onward. The Urban Jungle Apparel Cache will no longer be live, but event items will be available for direct purchase on the in-game store.

I didn't get any yesterday after going from 50 to 54, so I put in a ticket. We'll see what they say.

I was going to gift you an apparel key yesterday evening but for the life of me can not figure out how to gift keys... has anyone been able to gift a key and if so, how?

Ubisoft advertised this for the event

Am I having an old man moment and not seeing it in the menu or is it bugged?

Regarding what you were talking about, maybe they meant the blue/normal keys?
