Is it worth getting a Back up Communication server?

Should we use discord as a back up?

So its fairly clear we are having issues with ts at the moment and while I don't really play games anymore where reliable comms are needed (Competitively focussed players) a lot of players do.

So maybe we get something like a discord server up and running where in the case ts goes down players still have access to communicate.

Just to make leaderships lives a little easier to making a decision I have made a pool for people to vote on.
