Mission Charter?

Recommended Posts

Cashe

I'm a UWS regular PUBG player.  I was first and foremost a Star Citizen player, and remain so.  At one of the recent guild meetings, I heard mention of a Star Citizen event held that I was unaware of.  I had not been aware really of what UWS Star Citizen chapter is all about, or if it's suited to my play needs.  This is something I'd expect to find in a Charter content on RSI's Org page for UWS, but the content there is empty.  So, can someone point me to anything that explains what UWS Star Citizen plans for … charter, manifesto, mission, vision, or anything?  I'm not seeing it or finding it.  Not sure if this group is a good fit for me related to Star Citizen, and looking for more info about plans, gameplay focus, org structure, activity focus … anything?

As you already may know, Star Citizen is still deep into its development process and many things related to organization-based gameplay have yet to be fleshed out. The more systems/features that come online, the more UWS will be able to come online.

In terms of what our organization will be doing in Star Citizen, a lot of this stuff has been discussed at Star Citizen meetings years ago. We've had serious talks about being a PMC-type of organization that takes on lucrative security contracts. We have several capital ships in our fleet (and many, many small fighter craft), which will more than likely be used to primarily carry out those security contracts. On our own time, we'll probably be escorting our own trade ships/mining platforms to bring in a fat profit.

We take a strict stance against Piracy and any form of it in our organization. We have a reputation to uphold as a UEE-aligned PMC and we can't risk losing potential contracts over the illicit actions of our members. That being said, you are more than welcome to engage in piracy on an alternative character that is not affliated with UWS in any way.

If you really want to get a better idea of what we're really all about, you really should hop on Teamspeak and talk to @rifledude, @Thomas (he goes by Preacher on teamspeak), or myself. We would be happy to answer any questions that you may have about our organization.
