Takin a break.

Died in a one - on - one firefight for the 6th time today because the game decided to magically switch my weapon back to semi-auto. Takin a break til the next patch, full disclosure.

You have to set it to full auto every time you spawn.  It's rubbish, I agree.  The only item that stays in its previously-configured position are the flashlights.  Your fire selector and even optic need to be adjusted at spawn every, single, time.

Oh, if you reconnect into a raid, same thing happens.  If you lost connection and reconnected, you gotta put the gun on full.  I frequently play with my fire selector just to make sure it's on full.

Kedzie makes a good point here. BUT! if your using the bravo and you choose between zooms or the red dot on top for example. you have to switch gun back to full auto as well.

Sounds very lame...tried playing this game a few times, first time with another UWS member, he couldn't connect into the same map so I had to back out so that we can try again.  Since I haven't played the game much, didn't realize by backing out you lose your chit!  We that was the last time I played.

That's not what I'm talking about. I switch to full auto everytime I spawn already. I was talking about being in a raid with my firing selector set to full auto and my optic set to the crosshair I like, and randomly, after loading a mag, or picking something up or looting something, it would switch my gun back to semi auto, and my optics back to default.

Yes I had died from that in the past too. Annoying. Dunno if they fixed that.

That probably feels better than getting a 20 hit count on someone with an AR only to then be one tapped by them while they are facing the opposite direction, pretty much every single game. Break time for me too I think.
