    DCS World

Are there any other members here that played DCS World other than tank commander and myself? I'm going back to Flying in DCS. I'm looking for members that are interested in going some missions doing and maybe some blue flag stuff. For those of you who don't know. DCS is a hardcore military flight Sim with modern as well as World War II aircraft. Each aircraft is fully modeled and behaves like their real-world counterparts... Right down to the very last switch. If you are a fan of the A-10C this is a must-have. If you are interested I highly recommend purchasing the Hog (not the "A" variant!!) on Steam. I, as well as tank commander will be happy to help you with learning the aircraft. I will warn that because the sim is so realistically modeled, it has a rather steep learning curve. You'll find that the DCS community throws around military terms and jargon and employs procedures, strategies and tactics that are used in real life. Oh yeah, and while its possible to map a mouse and use it as a joystick; I do not recommend it. Joystick with twist is good. Joystick with rudder pedals are better. Observe Cheers -Uisce edit: fixed typos
