Hey kids, wanna buy some missiles?

Not sure if anybody noticed, but 2.6 changed many a things about Star Citizen's ship load outs. Most notably the ship weapons. You can now find all types of missile guidance systems for every size of missile (1-9) and their corresponding racks: The racks operate by a 3 number (Hardpoint, Ammo, Size) code that determines what they exactly do. A size 3 hardpoint can equip 1 size 3 missile, 2 size 2 missiles, or 4 size one missiles. This is very similar to ship guns now, A size 3 ship hard point can take a gimbal size 2. So this scaling system is now present in all weapons now, and is being worked on for all ship components of any kind. Some of these missiles are pretty neat, but they can be expensive: These size nine missiles (torpedoes, really) give you two missiles for a $70 purchase. OUCH, hurts the wallet as much as the enemy ship. (In all fairness, this size of missile can one-shot a Constellation) Some ships have received upgrades to their missile capacity as a result of this update, for example, the F7C-M which originally was loaded out with 8 size 1 missiles, now has 2 size 3 hardpoints allowing you to put whatever you want on them. Pretty neat. Personally, I plan to give these babies a whirl at some point.
